Javier is a award-winning professional food and beverage related. Formerly Restaurant Manager at University Arms hotel, Javier led the restaurant and his team since the pre-opening. With more than 15 years of experience, Javier had the opportunity to work with michelin starred chefs like Carles Abellan and Dabiz Muñoz.
He worked in some renowned companies including Luxury-collection in Starwood, Marriott Autograph and Firmdale hotels.
Javier has also collected several awards as Beverage manager. His expertise has been recognised in achievements at competitive events and in newspapers such as Diario de Sevilla, El País and 20 minutos. In 2017, Javier appeared in the TV spot BeefeaterXO with the cocktail “yellow curry Thai”.
Javier has been featured in the magazines “Luxury Spirits” and “Drinksmotion” and was named a bartender with renowned prestige.
